Alterra Global is a Singapore-incorporated soft commodities trading house. We are principals — not brokers. We source directly from Kenya and Uganda, take ownership of every shipment, and trade to buyers globally with full documentation and grade integrity on every lot.

We operate at both ends of the chain: on the ground in Nairobi for sourcing and export operations, and in Singapore for commercial and contract execution. Through our partnership with Blend Africa and our Uganda export network, we have end-to-end coverage — from auction (Kenya) and farm gate (Uganda) through to FOB Mombasa.

The highlands of Kenya's Central and Nyeri regions produce some of the world's most prized Arabica coffee — alongside exceptional avocados, macadamia nuts, and pulses. All exports cleared through Mombasa port.

Uganda's Lake Victoria basin and Mount Elgon region produce robusta coffee with remarkable body and consistency, as well as high-altitude Drugar Arabica. Exported FOB Mombasa via road transit.

Alterra Global is headquartered in Singapore — one of the world's premier commodity trading and financial hubs. All contracts and commercial execution are managed from Singapore, with a presence in Dubai for Middle East trade flows.
