Alterra Global is a Singapore-incorporated soft commodities trading house. We are principals — not brokers. We source directly from Kenya and Uganda, take ownership of every shipment, and trade to buyers globally with full documentation and grade integrity on every lot.
We operate at both ends of the chain: on the ground in Nairobi for sourcing and export operations, and in Singapore for commercial and contract execution. Through our partnership with Blend Africa and our Uganda export network, we have end-to-end coverage — from auction (Kenya) and farm gate (Uganda) through to FOB Mombasa.
We take ownership of every shipment — not brokers. We ship directly or through our trusted partners, with skin in the game on every deal.

Green coffee from Kenya, Uganda, Indonesia and Vietnam — plus pulses, cocoa, fresh produce, cold-pressed oils, and roasted coffee. All sourced at origin and available FOB or CNF worldwide.
Fermented and sun-dried cocoa beans from the Bundibugyo and Mukono growing regions of western and central Uganda. Sourced through our established Uganda export network and shipped FOB Mombasa, or FOT Kampala for buyers consolidating in transit.
Through our partnership with Blend Africa, we offer their full range of expertly crafted roasted coffees — sourced from the mountain regions of Kenya, roasted to perfection, and available for wholesale distribution globally. All green beans exported by Blend Africa.

Blend Africa operates the Café del Sare retail and café brand in Kenya, alongside coffee machine sales and servicing. Critically, Blend Africa serves as the licensed exporter of our green coffee beans out of Kenya, providing the export infrastructure and in-country compliance expertise that underpins every shipment.
For Ugandan origin, Alterra Global works with a host of established export partners who are licensed and equipped to ship Uganda Robusta and Drugar Arabica globally — ensuring reliable supply and full documentation on every container.
